Avril to Student 205422 Hi Student 205422 :) Grounding is troublesome for many Lightworkers because they often do feel 'heavy' or less light when they are grounded at first. But, let me let you in on a little secret... The more grounded you are, the more you can spiritually connect. Your spiritual abilities cannot advance unless you are grounded. Not only this, but as your gifts grow into a whole new realm of wondrous experience when being grounded, you also manifest those realms more here in the physical. You literally bring the realms of love and light that you experience in your spiritual experiences, into the physical experience. Then everything here is delicious and Divine! The Base Chakra is the key, so perhaps when you're ready, try this class to help you work through the little block there. Grounding is a process, so just take it a little deeper each time, as you are ready. The patterns and ways of being you have embodied to survive in life, are being transmuted. It takes time to do this, as at each step, you must allow the unfolding to occur. Take your time through the modules and work at the pace that feels right for you. Allow yourself to open as you feel ready and just push the boundaries away at the pace that feels safe. And yet, through all of it, even being in hospitals, you're managing to get through, much less effected energetically than ever before. Having said that, if your mind needs a rest, let it have one, once in a while. Good to see you're feeling better every day :) Be aware Student 2051206 that you've had a lot of negative energy in your body for a long time. Skin is effected by the state of the Solar Plexus Chakra. The Solar Plexus is the Chakra that stored emotional energy. My suggestion is that the rash is probably just connected to letting go of all the toxic energy you've been holding onto and will clear up in a few days. Use a combination of yellow foods and crystals to help it flush out. [nameautoremoved] Hip Essential Oil is also marvellous for alleviating skin conditions. Avril to Student 2051337 Hi Student 2051337 :) Sure :) It's best to treat the parents, not the kids, if they are under 12. Kids below 12 years will just suck the energy back of their parents again, so it is only a band-aid effect, fixing the child. If you are treating a child, if they will not stay still, they do not want the healing. Try not to engage in the traditional Reiki process with kids. Instead ask them where they would like you to put your hands and how long they want them for. Most kids only need about 10 minutes of Reiki to top up, so let them tell you when they're 'full'. As for visualisations before Reiki. Go for the Auric Supercharging to, rather than 'fortify', have your energy continually cleansing, during the session. These energy tools we're learning do take a lot of focus at first, but the beautiful thing is once we set them in place, our Spirit puts them on auto-pilot. When you first learn to ride a bike or drive a manual car, you had to focus on changing gears, to make sure you were doing it right. After years of driving, you don't even think about it anymore, you just do it naturally. The same is true for our energy. It sounds like you're more conscious of your body and therefore feeling it effected by Spirit at night. Brilliant! Nice to know they help so much isn't it! Avril to Student 2052591 Hi Student 2052591 :) We must experience the opposite before we can experience what we wish. The journey into being effected, helps us find ways not to be. You'll come good, but trust it is part of the process. When we are imposted Tele-Empathically, our natural way to cope is to begin to shut down. Over time we can retract ourselves from life over and over, until eventually we are rejecting anything. Yes Man shows what happens when we are in this cycle and how we change it, to start receiving the energy of life again. You can certainly say no to some things, this is very healthy. What the movie shows is more the dramatic nature of the cycle, some Tele-Empaths feel when they are saying no to everything. That's all :) Once you have learnt all the techniques, you can use whichever meditations you feel you need, when you need them. If you do have a few minutes to meditate every day, it can really help. 20 minutes of meditation is the same as 8 hours of sleep in terms of rest for your body. It centre's your being and develops your gifts in incredible ways. Our schedule doesn't always allow for this, but if it does, it's a great idea. Today I actually got up 30 mins early, and meditated at the beach - the new meditation, and Im having a wonderful day. Only because driving and the like requires your full attention. He is saying no to everything to try and protect himself. In the later parts of the movie, his energy is open again and things start to flow. Eventually he must find the balance between the two. This path is exactly the same for Tele-Empaths who have shut down. The movie humorously shows what happens and how life flows, when we open back up to it :) Glad you enjoyed it! Avril to Student 2052756 Hi Student 2052756, As you're clearing the Base Chakra, much stuff comes up. As Lightworkers it is the Chakra we've felt the isolation, disconnection, difference and alienation with. This class is about connecting you to the world. It is very natural to have some resistance to this. You don't need healing. What you are experiencing is perfectly normal and natural. Thank your emotions and body for helping you to stay separate and safe. If you are ready to feel the fullness, then ask your body and emotions to help you see through this phase. In the west we can meditate, facing this direction and ask the Earth Mothers and Grandmothers to help us face the shadow and let whatever needs to die within us die, so we can rebirth. This sacred time of death and renewal is upon you. It is a very sacred time. You are ready to be more connected to the world and feel its fullness inside you, as part of you. Meditate with the Earth Mothers and call on their wisdom to Guide you. Student 2052756 you're doing great. I can't tell you how special your awareness of this process is. Avril to Student 2052767 Hi Student 2052767 :) Sorry to hear the welcome home is not as divine as it could be :) Remember that the energy in Australia is a little haywire right now because of the natural disasters in QLD. It is much more difficult to ground at the moment as well. When you're doing the Auric supercharge, really focus on the 'down the front' breath. Take your awareness with the breath, watch it go over your knees, over your ankles and feet and then push it out down the very centre of the earth with force. When you pull up the back, think about drawing really deep from mother earth as you breath in. If it still feels tricky, use a piece of red carnelian or blood red garnet crystal to boost you. Definitely stay away from the news!!!! You can help the planet more, by bringing joy to the earth rather than releasing the pain of the human experience through you. I haven't watched tv or listened to the news etc since [nameautoremoved] Diver and the Threbo incident and I can tell you, it feels fantastic. You can't change a terrorist attack, but you can keep yourself in a state, where you channel so much love to the earth, that it changes everyone. Think globally, act locally - start with yourself, that's about as local as it gets! As we find our balance Tele-Empathically, sometimes we swing between the two polarities, before we find balance. Consider the way a pendulm swings, as it looses force, it eventually comes to rest at the Centre. The same is true as we learn to balance our energy. The dramatic nature of both polarities subside and we sit still and at our centre. This is what was balancing out energetically for you this week. It is one way Spirit like to clear the energy of a person and to help them find balance. Black Tourmaline works wonders for those who are not tele-empathic, but the other crystals I've suggested work much better for TE's. Avril to Student 2053271 Hi Student 2053271 :) Whenever you're in the midst of change, use the tree roots meditation as often as possible, even if it is just for a minute, when you take a break to go the bathroom, visualising it without the cd. When life is changing, it's a bit like we're in a storm. When we're not centred or grounded within it, we can feel caught up in everything that is going on and this exhausts our energy. When we're grounded, the storm can still be there, but it's more like we're in the eye of the storm, calm and clear at its centre. Avril to Student 2053968 Hi Student 2053968 :) I'm so glad the visuals help. The details are really important. If you have been experiencing trouble sleeping it may very well be due to the grounding. As you practise this, plus some Auric supercharging before bed, your sleep will become deeper and more refreshing. If you still find this is not helping after a couple of weeks, try placing yourself in a grid of chlorite (which is just moss agate and clear quartz), carnelian and ruby. Place one of each in the four corners of your bedroom. This grids out psychic energy, which 'distracts' you while you're sleeping. Let me know how you go with these ideas in your next feedback. When you feel the same as everyone else and you know the Oneness of all, it is hard to get your head around the fact you are different or perhaps 'more special' than others. You obviously need to receive encouragement for this, because inside yourself, you don't believe it. That is why the Universe gave you this experience, to help you accept that you are very special indeed. To put this in perspective, there are millions of very connected people on the planet. While you may be more connected than others around you at present, this specialness doesn't make you separate or different from others. It makes you the same as a very special group of beings, who simply chose to come here with greater connection. When people who don't have this awareness see it, they are awed. To you it just feels normal, because it is what you are, who you are and how you are naturally. Try not to over-think it too much. Just allow yourself to continue to feel into your heart and go with what feels right, being inspired to share what feels right for you at the time. If there is a Divine path ahead, this is the way you will discover it. As for your Tele-Empathic abilities and this channel of light... the light channel is natural. It does mean, like all expanded lightworkers, you need to focus on grounding a lot. But this has probably already been a big part of your journey, so just continue with your practise of it. For example, before I go to a shopping mall, I'll take a moment in the car and just consciously start to Auric Supercharge. This means that even if you pick something up, it will move along and out of your energy just as quickly. Do some preparation work and you'll really notice the difference in how you feel after such events. Sometimes it can be helpful to bring nature inside with you. If you can have a small crystal or plant on your desk, this might be a way of sharing natural energies daily? When I ground, I actually put my whole body in the earth, so the centre of my heart is with the centre of the Earth Mothers Heart. You can't go too deeply! It doesn't matter how you ground, just so long as you visualise the roots or the consciousness of your energy tapping as deep as it can, in towards the earths core. So get those roots as deep as possible and don't worry too much about whether your legs are in the earth or not. Just go with what happens each time. The stuck feeling is actually probably a feeling of being heavier than normal. If you've had trouble grounding, then you've been up in those tree branches. This is really light energy. Grounded energy feels heavy at first and then changes to a sense of strength and security, without heaviness, over time. It's ok to feel a little heavy and stuck in the beginning. When being around any kind of stress, whether it is people at the mall, or drivers in traffic, tele-empaths soak energy in, based on what their filters are magnetising. Using the techniques from module 1 and 2, plus the ones from the rest of this course on a regular basis, will change your vibration. My suggestion is, go through the course now and do whatever feels natural. Think of the traffic experience as a work in progress. When we have not been grounded, simply because life has been busy and taking focus away from what we know we need to do, we can be even more susceptible to these things. If the doctors have found nothing physically wrong to indicate your chest pains, then there may be something energetic 'stuck' in there. These meditations will help clear it out and should immediately improve your health and well being. It's natural to think about taking the 'easy way out' and I think if people answered honestly, there isn't a single person on the planet who hasn't thought about it when times are tough. The first way to manage how you're feeling is to accept that it is ok. No doubt what you've been through is like the loss of a loved one. If you parallel it to when someone dies, you might give yourself 'permission' to have some time to deal with it. Grief goes through 4 distinct stages. 1, denial. 2, anger. 3, sadness and 4, integration. So you see Student 2056973, you're already moving through this and doing well by the sounds of it, if you're already feeling the sadness. Your dreams can sometimes play out scenarios, to help you deal with choices you might make. In this way you can 'go through' things and see the consequences on the other side of the choice, without actually going through them. Be around people who feel supporting. Absolutely :) In time you can wear them, but it's best to stay grounded and learn to be 'here' on earth by using grounding crystals for now. 3. In the beginning, set a regular time for the exercises, maybe a few times a day. Just like driving a car, soon these motions you train yourself to do, become unconscious. In no time, your consciousness will be practising the exercises without you having to focus on them so much. 4. Absolutely [nameautoremoved]. Also be aware of your Heart Chakra. Notice when you feel 'vacant' in the back Heart Chakra. This is when you're more vulnerable here. This medium may have been channelling a vibration of her own Soul Fragmentation. I really would suggest you read the first book I wrote. It will help you understand much more about the concepts of 'higher' and 'lower' spirits and how these energies we perceive are actually created. Just look at what happens when you turn on the light in a dark room. The darkness is gone immediately. There is no 'positive' or 'negative' energy. There is just energy and the values we place upon it. 'Master Cho' seems to disagree with almost every single spiritual doctrine across this wonderful planet of ours! Meditation is a practise very commonly used to access the Chakras. The Throat Chakra is also used for channelling. However it depends which kind of channelling you're practising. The hardest part is remembering to practise the techniques!!! :) It is true that celestial events affect the Earth Mother and as microcosms of the macrocosm, we too are affected. Full moons pull tidal waters, which effect emotions and put strain on us to release what we are carrying. Every single emergency department hospital nurse will tell you things go a little crazy around a full moon! This probably wouldn't happen so intensely, if it was socially acceptable to express our feelings, but as a society, we do tend to repress much and this comes out at the full moon time. Eclipses are also going to have an effect on us. The sun represents the masculine/ doing/ actioning/ yang energies. The moon represents the feminine/ being/ feeling/ yin energies. When an eclipse happens, these energies are momentarily blocked out, allowing us to experience the other. We may for example feel more like experiencing our emotions. We may feel driven to reassess how we 'do' in our lives. The energy of the eclipses is nothing to fear. In fact, with a bit of conscious awareness we can use the time and energies they help us to access, to our benefit. So in a solar eclipse, take some time to be. In a lunar eclipse, take some time to do or think about what you're actioning in your life. We can express our gratitude by working with nature. When we're in this flow, we are part of the macrocosm. Imagine having a few billion cells in your body that are all in massive conflict and fear. This kind of energy makes the Earth Mother sick.
