Avril to Student 20531 Hi Student 20531 :) Strengthening the back of the Aura is really going to help with the physical symptoms and the sleep. When we are Tele-Empaths, and we are going through a stressful period, we basically soak everyone's stuff in because it is magnetized to our stress. It works the opposite way when we're happy to. As a result, our unconscious has lots to process before sleep and during sleep and so we experience the restlessness you speak of. Grounding is also essential. Getting right to the core of the earth and perhaps checking in during the middle of the day too (if you notice your energy diminishing over the course of the day) is a really good thing and will change your experience in the late afternoons. These two simple principles will really help and you'll notice you can sustain your energy, no matter who is around you. Just like you don't think about how to ride a bike or drive a manual car, after you master it, the same thing happens with this energy work. In watching diligent students, I can say for most people it takes about 30-60 days of practise and then the auto-nature of the techniques kicks in and it will be as easy as riding a bike, everything just happens naturally. As you do the meditations, you'll find the old energies are releasing. This can sometimes create the arrival of not so good feelings. When you're experiencing this, it is best to submerge yourself in energy clearing, to get the old out. A lot of Tele-Empaths prefer movement over meditation, so if you feel more aligned with it, try Chakra Dance, Tai Chi, Yoga and do the breathing techniques from the meditation, while doing the movements. Avril to Student 205519 Hi Student 205519e :) Your self awareness is wonderful. The sleep patterns should change with more regular energy work too, so enjoy that. The new Guide is an Arillian, an energy you've never connected with before... here is an extract from the Learn About Light Beings classes on them... Introducing The Arillians Click on the picture to see a larger version! (Pronounced A rill ih ans) Arillian's come from a Star [nameautoremoved] inside the planet Pluto. "Star [nameautoremoved]s" are linkages to other dimensional realms, so you can think of Pluto for the Arillians, like an Airport they fly into, to come into our Solar System. This 'airport' exists in the 5th dimension, so it won't be on Nasa's satellite imagery! At this airport they maintain a connection from their 10th dimensional realm. They also have a portal through the star gate of Antares (a star in our sky) to their home-land, which they tell me is in a 'galaxy far, far away'! Antares can be used because it is a 7th dimensional portal. So depending on what kind of Guide you need, the Arillians will use one of these two methods of 'getting here'. This galaxy of their home-land can also be accessed through Andromeda's stars and Orion's star systems. They tell me, initially it is the triangle of light between these three places (Antares, Andromeda and Orion), which allowed their presence to be felt by earthlings and their light to come here. This happened many thousands of years ago as Arillian's have been watching over us and supporting us for a long time. This triangle can be used to access them or of course the Portal through Pluto. Arillies is the star they come from, their home-land. Their world looks like the void of space, very soft, like velvet and their energy is much the same. Most of the time, they will show themselves to you surrounded by golden/ white light or indigo velvet light. Their purpose, is to help those who need to come to new understandings of their shadow. Here they help with the perceptions we have about the 'good' and 'evil' parts of ourselves, changing our perception and concepts of self, to embody only non-judgment. They are often working with those of you who need help integrating the shadow. They will never tell you a point of view, but will instead show you both points of view, allowing you to choose for yourself. Their ray connects to the energy of our Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras, combined with the energy of the Third Eye or Andromeda, Antares and Pluto respectively. Their connection with Orion Beings brings the combination of their energy and wisdom together for what they call, 'Karmic revolutions'. Here they help you change your Karmic repatterning. As such they are great to call upon for assistance when you need healing or new perspectives. They may also help you to change bone-seed challenges or lifetime limitations which have held you back in the present. Arillian beings do not look human, but are recognisable by their elf-like ears and round faces. Their eyes are shaped like a tigers. Their energy is very powerful. They are part of the 10th dimensional consciousness and they help to bring oneness to all levels of your being. They hail from the stars and can therefore help you to connect to your starry nature, by acknowledging and dealing with your separation or perceived separation from your own divinity. Call upon their wisdom if you need this kind of support. To connect with them, try the following process in a meditation, like the one I've given you to download below. Call upon Arailes (pronounced a rail ease) A beautiful being like the one depicted above will come to you and help you work with your perceptions. Be aware that Arillian Guides are very powerful, so when you first connect with them, they may make you feel nauseous. Let them know if you feel uncomfortable and they will step back out of your energy a little. Now this is going to sound a little strange, but Aralies can also give you what the Arillians call the 'kiss of death'. (Instead of sucking the life out of you, like the dementors do in the films of [nameautoremoved] [nameautoremoved]!), this 'kiss' helps you to relieve yourself of all old Karma and limitations. I'm so glad you're tuning back into your own energy. You deserve to feel fantastic all of the time. The breathwork from the dance class will definitely help, as will the Chakra clearing, so please keep up with it. It'll help keep away any 'stuff' you're picking up and change how you're feeling for the better. You're no doubt in a job which allows you to pick up the energies of others. Remember, no matter what point the kids reach, that is part of their journey. You can't do it for them. It is their journey. Avril to Student 2051206 Hi Student 2051206, It sounds like you're doing really well. You're beginning to become aware of when energy is effecting you. Sometimes when you meditate, it is the Guide's opportunity to cleanse your Aura and Chakras. They are cleaning out a lot of negativity from the past that has built up. It will get easier the more you do it. When you feel ready, move onto the next module and continue working with the meditation from Module 1, as well as the one for Module 2 for a little while. I also want to give you a special exercise. These people at work who do things which upset you... I want you to try something with them. Everyday when you see them, you see what you don't like about them. This means you're focused on what you don't like and are attracting more things you don't like. This is going to be a bit tricky, but I want you to try and find 1 thing each day for each of these people that you do like and notice it. You don't need to say anything to them, just notice what it is in your thoughts. It might be a piece of clothing they have on, the way they did their hair, what jewels they have on, their smile or something else. It doesn't matter what it is, just notice one thing for each person each day. Notice how this changes how you feel at the end of each day and journal the changes. Staying clear in your energy field, really does make a difference to you, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually, as you're discovering. How wonderful! :) It is always hard for any psychic to give themselves information about their own life. This is because our desires, mind and wants, filter the message. When you're a trance medium, you can easily disassociate and read for yourself, but not before then. Spirit Art also helps with this. You’ll learn these things in the channelling intensive and trance intensives. Also remember, the key is not necessarily to leave a negative environment, but to learn within it. Then they have experiences you've described. It sounds like you're quite telepathic. I want you to try something extra, while you're doing the rest of the course. When you do wake up and are thinking a lot, use an affirmation 'I let go of others thoughts and I allow myself to return to rest.' Say it over and again and don't allow any other thought to enter your mind. I would also suggest that daily meditation, even if it is just for 5 minutes, will do you the world of good. Being conscious is so important as a Tele-Empath and you've really seen things clearly and worked with the disgruntled energy when it has come up, so well done! Absolutely fantastic. :) When you get to module's 3 and 4, there will be some more tools for busy places to get you through, so keep an eye out for those. :) Your body has been healing this week and re-absorbing some much needed energy. (thus the sleeping) Your third eye was clogged before, but you were not aware of it. As you're becoming so much more aware of your energy, you're really noticing it. The third eye gets drained by the solar plexus. The solar plexus gets drained by the sacral, especially for women who have just had a baby. Avril to Student 2052536 Hi Student 2052536, One of the first reactions we can have to the earth energies as they start to meld more with our own is more physical energy. I'd like to suggest that you change the time you meditate. Please try first thing in the morning if you can and hopefully it will bring you the extra energy you need during the day. As you begin to become aware of your energy, sometimes what is there is uncomfortable. You become aware of the challenges or blocks in your field first and it can then take a little bit longer to clear them. Do what you can to persist and then as the blocks clear, your energy feels so much lighter and more free. One thing you can also do to help, is to drink lots of water. Water helps to flush out the physical body, as this kind of energy work flushes out the energy body. It also solves most problems with headaches. :) Your awareness of your Chakras during the meditation is wonderful. For example, if you thought that white light represented purity or cleansed energy, visualising white light would be perfect for you to imagine. If you felt that rainbow light meant everything was pure and cleansed, it would have the same effect. What is most important is the intention behind what we do, not so much, what we do. As you're meditating, most of the time you are connecting to the Universe and Earth. Here you are intending to draw to yourself pure light. Whatever you visualise that helps you intend this, is perfect. These two symptoms are as a result of an under energised sacral chakra. If you ever do get this again, grab yourself some carnelian and place it on your passive side. Much better than naprogesic!!! LOL :) Regarding your question, TE's normally have trouble focusing generally. This is because their energy is pulled in so many directions. So it's not so much they don't want to finish things or aren't excited about them, they just get distracted very easily. The guides are just there to help you learn the process to do, so please feel free to disguard them when you've learnt the process. :) If you're finding your sorting a lot of energy out while sleeping and waking with aches, try grounding much more before bed. This usually means you're not going deep enough in sleep and as a result tuning into the 4th dimension when sleeping, not the 5th. Try this and let me know if it helps in your next modules feedback. Avril to Student 2053013 Hi Student 2053013 :) It's great that you're noticing who is effecting you. This is the first step to changing it. Back pain is a doozy for most Tele-Empaths. Most experience it. When we are in pain we often try and fight it. We feel annoyed that our body is causing such pain. Our body is simply a messenger. When we fight it, we hold onto the pain. When we thank our body for sharing with us, we allow the pain to move, because we're not holding onto it anymore. The best thing to do with back pain, is to try consciously breathing into it. In a meditative state, try taking your awareness into the pain. Notice where it feels the strongest and start there. Ask this place in your body, why it is showing you pain? Where is this pain coming from within you? What is it trying to alert you to? Acknowledge what it shows you and then gently breathe into the painful area. Visualise it dispersing and gently move your body (in a very gentle semi yoga stretch - don't push it) to allow the pain to shift. If the pain refers to another place, ask this place why it is holding onto pain. Keep going to the source of the pain until it feels better. Work with your body and as you allow the energy to move, through simply breathing and listening to your body, it will move along much more quickly. It might also be best to avoid the news for a while. When we are working through a process, we are particularly sensitive to the energy of others and will often pick up the similar energies from the world around us. If your body is producing pain, then you will attract pain energy from the news and there is SO much of that energy on the news every day. Work with the breathing and see how much relief it brings you. Be gentle and grateful to your body. It is letting go of what you are ready to be rid of. blessings, Avril :)

It can just be on a bench or something. As a TE, you naturally draw in energy from everything around you. You may well then absorb the water's energy while sleeping and solve the dry mouth problem... Avril to Student 2053220 Hi Student 2053220, Some wonderful realisations this week for you :) We'll be talking more about your experience with meditations in the later modules, but if you can, try something for me this week. Experiment with doing the meditation open-eyed and see if the 'visualisation' is easier. It's not that your mind "can't" do it. It's probably that your mind gets bored focusing on one thing for that long, because it can absorb so much more. Tele Empath's often find that doing more than one thing at once occupies them and stimulates them. This actually allows them to become more focused rather than when they focus on one spiritual task at once. I feel with the children, there is some transfer of energy happening. Try placing crystals around the children's rooms, somewhere close to where they sleep at night. They're tugging at your energy because they need more themselves. Experiment with it and see if it makes a difference this week. Congratulations on the Centredness training you've accomplished, it is a Mount Everest size feat!!! I have executed the crystals in the kids room. Its a sound idea and resonates with me. They are often wanting to take my crystals to bed with them or carry them. I have even seen them put the crystals on their third eye or throat??? So instinctual... The mind and meditation does feel right regarding the focusing on one thing and feeding more stimuli. Often I find myself ahead of [name removed] in class (when she is guiding) or struggling to concentrate on the visual aspect to conjure up what she is channelling. I tend to find myself in some other world or seeing completely different images?! I am aware of being deep and often in trance (which [name removed] has commented on several occasions).So this does again resonate with me.A good insight Oooh I hope the hangover you know wasn't an alcohol hangover?? Thats was my best description I felt after the meditation? (Thats my understimulated & looking for validation sacral chakra talking and needing assurance). thank you Avril. Anyone that claims to be able to activate people's DNA ahead of time is unaware. People can only reach alignment as they are ready. Sometimes without realising they are doing this, the practitioners who advertise such services, often sorcerise their clients. I'm sharing this very bluntly I realise, but I think it's important you understand why you're feeling the way you do - and also being aware that whoever did this for you, is not intending malice of any kind, they are just not aware. When we look at past photographs, think of the past, watch movies, television or anything else that connects us with either another energy or time, we can take on the energy from those moments. The idea is not to avoid these things entirely, but simply to observe when they are effecting our energy, watch it and then let it pass, which some of the next techniques will be showing you. Avril to Student 2055031 Hi Student 2055031, When you're in an upbeat kind of job like hairdressing, having many people around can actually stimulate your energy as a Tele-Empath. Most people find going to the hairdressor relaxing and a pampering kind of thing to do. The good news is, as a result, in your profession, you'll probably soak in reasonably good energy most of the time. Much better than nurses or doctors, for example. When you're bored because it is quiet, you'll probably feel more lethargic. As your inner energy will attract more of the same outer energy vibrations. You may also find that things don't need to be black or white, help others or don't, but rather you can do a little of both, studying and helping. Spirit always find a way to help your light spread, no matter what you're doing :) The best thing with crystals is to do what feels right each day. Crystals will need charging, so put them in a pot plant at night and enjoy them during the day. Have one small crystal for the bottom four Chakras. Then wear one, two, three or all, depending on what you feel you need that day. At night, give them a rest in the plant to recharge. The more you practise it, the easier it becomes. To help you visualise, try changing this word to 'imagine'. Imagine what your Chakras would look like, then as you breathe, try and imagine what they might look like with white light inside them. Energy follows our intention and imagination, so the more you imagine it, the more it will feel like you're actually doing it. As a Tele-Empath, the Chakras are usually full of negativity when you start the class, this can also make the visualisation a bit more difficult. Sometimes when you first start 'cleaning' it up, it is like stirring up the energy, dislodging it, before you can clear it all away. The fact that you're here already is a testament to how strong your visualisation is and how you're going to be really able to effect your energy easily. This is great news for you. Avril to Student 2055510 Hi Student 2055510 :) Warm greetings from cyber space! :) The first step with these modules is to clear the energy field of past links, that attract more debris from encounters you have with the world. [nameautoremoved]lly by Module 2, 3 or 4, students go through a cleanse of sorts. Here old patterning releases that attracted negativity into their field and they experience a freeing. This is not always comfortable, but the shift that happens afterwards, is life changing. It sounds like because of your already aware consciousness, your intentions to clear during the meditations, worked more quickly than most and as a result, you began the cleansing process a little earlier. If the emotions that came up felt like depression, then it is probably the Solar Plexus and in particular the stomach, where you feel the most effect when congested with others energy. It also means this is the place that needs strengthening. When you feel ready Student 2055510, try the process again. The meditations will bring things up and these things can be witnessed, to learn what was blocking your energy from ecstatic bliss. The more you do the meditations, the quicker it transforms. It is not bigger than you can handle and the Universe will only release things, you’re able to cope with. This is a personal process and one you should do, when it feels right to you. If it feels bad for a couple of days, that is ok too. These feelings are what has been trapped in your energy flushing out. Celebrate that they are leaving and know they will. When you're taking on energy from the world around you, your Soul has a natural protection response. It encourages you to pull out of the world. When you learn how to be in the world and not get energetically bombarded, you will feel like it's safe to re-engage. Life becomes absolutely beautiful, like a playground you wish to adventure out within. Great joy can be found here. Basically it does something to convert the code of Windows Media Player into Macintosh readable data. Calling Apple is great as they can probably help you with whatever is going on. :) Please feel free to start the next module. It will help you with your friend situation. Don't forget too Student 2055568, that we can also do a one-on-one Soul Coaching session if you feel it will help. People are attracted to you because they get a lot of energy from you. They are drawn to you like moths to a flame. Light and energy flows like gravity down to the lower (or more needy) person's energy, so when they are around you, they drain you. The class will definitely teach you more about how to be aware and protect yourself from this, but it does require you do the exercises, so try and fit them in if you can. It is common for most students that by about module 2,3,4 they are clearing their energy as they work with the energy techniques. I wonder Student 2055896, because you're a healer whether you're getting to this point a little quicker than others? You're probably more aware of your energy than most people are. If you're still experiencing the symptoms around sleep, then try doing the meditations at different times. For example, do them before bed, if you are currently doing them in the morning etc. The Heart Chakra is clearing, if you keep doing the meditations, it will clear completely and whatever symptoms you've experienced there in the past will shift forever. Most Tele-Empathic healers experience aching shoulders a lot, so if this is one you've experienced, the core if this energy may be shifting. Just go with it and see where it takes you. I would say about 40% of the people on the planet are Tele-Empaths right now. Because Global Consciousness is expanding and our social and cultural values are causing the same problems, especially in the western world, this number will increase over the next few years a lot. So to answer your questions, yes, a great majority of us are Tele-Empaths. All people are special. Tele-Empaths are included. :) Second guessing is definitely a part of Tele-Empathy. When a woman holds the space for children to be born through her vessel, it places a massive energetic strain on her own energy system. This is because it is most natural for Tele-empaths to cope with the extra energy in the world they experience, by staying present in the more spiritual, upper Chakras. It's great that you're now focusing on getting more energy and awareness of the bottom Chakras. Visualisation takes a lot of practise. Intention is the most important thing. Seeing or visualising comes later. Just intend what you are doing and know it really is happening, even if you can't see it all the time yet. Wonderful :) The Aura is not actually made up of colours, although many have been told this and feel or see a colour when they connect with its energy. Energy is just energy. You might see or feel something else and that will be your way of interpreting the energy of the Aura. Whatever makes you more relaxed and comfortable is best. 2. When most people feel 'spiritually connected', they are in touch with their intuition and feel a sense of synchronicity and 'flow' about their lives. When they feel disconnected they may feel blocked, confused or unsure. If they felt the later you might say they weren't feeling very spiritually connected. Part of your experience is to travel shamanically while sleeping and perform healing on others. Avril to Student 2057819 Hi Student 2057819 :) When you have been enjoying strong emotional highs and experiencing intense emotional lows, it is like being an electrical appliance that is constantly turned up to high. Your wiring can become frayed over time. If you can begin to stabilize your energy, you will notice a massive difference in your energy 'wiring'. In the human body, this 'wiring' is the central nervous system. When it is under massive pressure, we can experience sensitivities to most emotional states, lack physical vitality and internalise polarised emotions. It can definitely be the reason why our normal biological functions, like falling pregnant, are put on 'hold', as our body knows we do not have the stable life force energy to support both us and a child. In this wondrous way, our body denies us, to look after us. It takes time to connect with Guides. It also takes a tremendous amount of grounding.
