Hi Avril Example 4: I felt a desire to keep reading. There were certain lines that resonated as truth such as"your expansion is our own" and what followed after that. The line"...even more than we knew was possible in the beginning" I have doubts about but that may be becasue my belief that such energy knows all - the past, present and future all at once. It feels like there was more to be said and more power in this transcript than was delivered. It is beautiful nevertheless and empowering. The energy is soft and feminine. I don't know why she mentions the symbol of the ankh, it feels irrelevant. Example 5: This made me irritated, there was too much of a christian, biblical slant for me, my beliefs are that such messages are Universal. There doesn't seem to be a core point here, it waffles on. It feels ungrounded and without direction. Example 6: The language sounds old and plodding, very factual and dry. It feels like the writer is trying very hard to make sure the information sounds valid. I found it hard work and boring. Example 7: This didn't leave me feeling peaceful. There was free will. Energetically it feels agitated making it uncomfortable to read, however there is truth in it. Her language is catastrophic and dramatic. ITs informative but negative. Example 8: I read through this with an awareness of her anger about society's constructs and she sounded like a feminist, nothing wrong with that but it didn't sound spiritual! Example 9: It is simple and feels true. If sounds gentle and uplifting. It was easy to keep reading and a sense of connection was felt. Example 10: The language was difficult. I felt it could have been said more simply as there was truth there about Love in its highest form. "Ture Love is the power that unites the worlds" Avril, I'm starting to see that there is channeling in many great works, not necessarily spiritual ones as such. This is very beautiful. After I did the meditation a being came in very close and I quite literally shook from his energy. He showed himself to be a Navajo indian by the name of Black Hawk to teach me wisdom. I was amazed. I looked his name up on google and a great chief by the name of Black Hawk led and united a great many tribes including the navajo in the late 1700's - how fantastic!! Student 2051337 xxxx

And you're right, there is a lot more channelled stuff out there, than most people realise is channelled... beautiful how Spirit emerge from within those who have no idea! Hi Avril Well another interesting week. I found this meditation more difficult for some reason. I seemed to be physically uncomfortable at the back of my heart chakra a couple of times & I zoned out alot... went somewhere (like I fell asleep?) and would often come back at a section on sacral, heart or third eye. I think the third time I did it I discovered the crystal cavern and couldnt believe I hadnt been in it the first two times. It didnt feel like my mind was wandering either, I just went deep somewhere. Not sure about my channeling abilities, lost my confidence this week. Tried to block my visuals and get words instead but the last couple of times I felt better and just went with whatever I got. I couldnt get destiny cards so used some [nameautoremoved] Bays "The Journey" cards I have had a long time and never looked at. Here are my words/messages in order: SOARING:"Trust that you can soar and you will. Let the physical body go & feel your spirit soar. The eagle and the butterfly may physically soar to different heights but spiritually their light can reach the same destination". SELF LOVE:"Most important love of all. (Perhaps my filters here?!) Your soul can not grow without it. You are here to learn & grow. We love you and are here to help you grow. It is difficut to help you if you dont love yourself. Love your light within. You are worthy of our help. You are worthy of our love. Love the light you are and let it reach us, then let our light reach you. NON-ATTACHMENT:"Judge no-one including yourself. Attach to no-one including yourself. Attach to no thing, no situation, no outcome. Only through non attachment will you gain true freedom and abundance. Let go. Let go of fear, grief, guilt. Let go of all that no longer serves you." INSPIRATION:"Remember when you felt inspired. You were totally connected & inspiration flowed naturally to you and through you. It allowed you to be an inspiration to others (very weird but my computer just turned off right here when typing this but nothing was lost so better take that as a sign perhaps? LOL), Inspiration is always there for you. Remember where you come from star child. Plug into this energy & trust the inspiration that flows to you." VIGILANCE:"Be vigilant & strong. Stick to your ideas & plans. We are very pleased with you dear one (image here of source pulling up my bowed head, making me look up). You have done well with your meditation & study. Now be more vigilant with your phsical health. Slow down! Remember to have fun. Stop worrying about money. We are here for you but you need to ask for our help. Be more vigilant in asking us for help. You are never on the wrong path. Everything is for a reason." Plenty of my filters in all this, found it hard to know what was my mind & what was source. Couple of times I felt a pressure on the outside of my head. Also the last one about my health. I had no idea what vigilance meant and after that channeling in the am I went to college and a student did balances on me and I used the vigilant word about my health without realising it at first. Then it turned out I was deficient in a particular bioflavanoid for my immune system and by GIT, vascular & lymphatic system are riddles with candida...everything just kind of clicked into my meditation from that morning. Better give you feedback on sample channelings for this module. Sample 4 - I liked the message but I dont like religous connections so that put me off wanting to read any more. Sample 6 was too complicated for me. I tried to read Seth Speaks years ago but found I was taking notes and trying to figure it out as it went way over my head so I gave up not far into it even though some of the messages were great. Sample 7 I got lost! Sample 8 I kind of understood the first half but got lost in the second half of it. Sample 9 was easy to read, easy to understand and made me want to read more. Sample 10 I understood some of what he was talking about but then got bogge down in the language. Not sure about the golden calf?? Well until next module feedback, happy channelling. Student 2051412

Hi Student 2051412 :) Your channellings are beautiful. There is much more from Source than from you in them. The only filter I can see right now, is the uncertaintly you're feeling. This is not letting the flow of the message come through as clear as it can be, but the messages are absolutely beautiful. This is perfectly natural for all channelling students and happens to everyone. Sometimes Spirit will speak in language that is not usual for us to prove this. Their punctuation will be different. They will say words out of the normal order we would put them in. Your balance and the wisdom that came is another way Spirit are trying to prove to you that you are not making this up. Having the confidence is part of the reason why channelling without filters takes years. It is hard for us to trust ourselves. Everyone experiences this. :) There is a beautiful exercise you can try to help with this. Whenever you're feeling unsure, sit in meditation and ask Spirit to channel into you, 'the essence of your higher self'. Allow this essence to merge with you. Drop deep in meditation and see yourself through your Highest Self's eyes. We work more with techniques like this in trance, but give it a go this week if you can and let me know how you felt with it. You're doing great :) Blessings, Avril

Hi Avril found it really interesting looking at channelled info from this perspective feel I have this tool I can apply to mine and others info now, thankyou. Eg 4 1. felt compelled to keep reading 2. felt empowered- felt encouraging and reminded of light within 3. was reminded that we are "birthing ourselves into new forms" 4. Yes, peaceful in the ocean of the love of oneness 5. reminds me in way I didn't currently see. 6. possibly more complicated than need be but I enjoyed the poetry and passion of the message 7. Labels- Holy Mother and Father Eg 5 1. The first 2 sentences sound like something complicated in biblical language, struggled to keep focus, however found it easier to focus after that. 2.Felt a little uncomfortable when she spoke of "our mission and glory are great" Felt empowered by 2nd half of message "will remember when time to remember..." felt trust in universe. 3. felt acceptance rather than judgement for the times we fell asleep and that felt a little like free will 6. the first 2 sentences felt very complicated hard to stay with, far more resonance with the simplicity of the rest of the message. 7.filters feel biblical 8. Labels- God, Holy Mother and Father, Elohim (don't know who this is) Eg 7 and 8 1. Don't feel compelled to keep reading 2. Don't feel empowered 3. Don't feel I have free will " can't stop itself" 4. Feel confused & anxious. Feel the war. 5. I'm unsure as it is hard to understand. 6. very complicated 7. Perceptive filters are scientific and intellectual. 8. Labels- very scientific, from the head not alot of heart energy. Eg 9 1. compelled to keep reading 2. feel empowered. Underlying acceptance of pupose of sub personalities 3. free will to bring each part to a higher level of knowing 4. peaceful in its simplicity. 5. Yes tells me something in a way I didn't see. 6. message was simple and easy to absorb. 7. Her perceptive filters are not obvious to me. 8. No labels I'm aware of. Eg 10 1. [nameautoremoved]tz's work feels very fear based no interest in reading on. 2. Disempowers leaves me feeling hopeless and helpless and judged, as though there is no hope for our society. 3. Instead of free will message is one of sacrifice to others needs 4. Not peaceful fearful 5. The message has nothing I choose to listen to 6. Complicated negative language 7. perceptive filter of fear and sin, feels religious.filter of good and evil, judgement 8. unsure of labels. CHANNELLING As i wrote these didn't feel as though i was channelling as such however I did just start writing down what was in my head without too much worry or judgement in regards to is this channelling which felt liberating. CREATIVITY Creativity is your natural state. You are creating your reality in every moment through the energy of your thoughts. Spend time honouring your creative expression. Use creativity as a tool to connect in with where you are at. Painting a picture,dancing, these things bypass the logical processing of the mind and go staight to the heart of the matter. If you truly want to know what is going on for you start drawing the colours you are feeling, enter the sensory world that connects with your emotions and out of what the mind believes. ADVENTURE See this earthly life from the perspective of an adventure. Adventure conjures images of excitement,unexpectedness, magic, joy. It is indeed a privledge to be adventuring on the earth plane. Immerse yourself in the adventure discover your greatest joys and passions and live them now with honour and respect for all others that are adventuring in this plane of free will. RESPONSIBILITY Take responsibility for your creations and for how you will respond to what is before. You are reponsible for creating your reality and for the thoughts and beliefs you do this with. Become conscious of what you are thinking and how you are responding. From this space of consciousness comes a recognition that you can choose a different way. We cannot do this for anyone else, only ourselves. Our responsibility to others is to respond in such a way that honours the self with love and compassion and how we share this with others. In taking responsibility for others we do them a disservice, allow each being to be empowered. If we come from a space of rescuer we imply by our actions that others are not capable we perpetuate victims. Let us believe in each others strength and ability to create through free will and choice. COMPASSION Hold all parts of the self in the deepest compassion. Your true nature is infinite compassion. Feel this holding, this acceptance of the parts of you that may even make you squirm with discomfort and in this embrace feel the emotional charge, their power dissipate into an ocean of acceptance.Know that your love and compassion is big enough to hold it all Know also that as you give this gift to yourself you are also able to hold others without judgment in the experience of love in rememberance of their inherent worthiness simply for being. PRUDENCE the ability to come back into your core truth. It involves a knowing that some experiences may be bypassed if we tap into the internal guidance system of our emotions and listen to their wisdom. Notice that gut feeling that you overide with your logic,that risk to live from the heart that your head told you was not possible The ego's role is to keep us safe hear the fears of the ego & then drop into the heart and ask what is truth?Your heart will know.

Hi Student 2051929, Well done :) Your analysis of the material was spot on :) Your channelling is coming through beautifully. You letting it flow and just come through is really working for you. Keep up the great work :) There was only one small filter in the lot... in responsibility... 'rescuer' - this is probably a term you use and understand... Think back to when the material came through. They were showing you something and it was a concept you related to this term. If you want to experiment with this, ask Spirit this week for the words they could have given you here and see what comes... It's flowing so beautifully for you. Hi Avril Examples 1-5 in this module I found very beautiful and inspiring but also I felt I had to really concentrate to work out what she was saying, so I felt it was a bit complicated and there were lots of labels. In examples 6, 7 and 8, I could not understand at all, and I had no desire to work out what it meant. I didn’t find it very uplifting. Example 9 I find inspiring and a lot easier to read, I didn’t drop out and would like to have kept reading. There didn’t seem to be any labels. Example 10, I found a bit complicated and it didn’t make me feel very peaceful. I found using a word from the destiny cards much easier than last week because I at least had some concept of what the word meant so felt like I could trust what I was receiving more. My words I channelled are: Initiative – A gentle push we give you to help you along your path to start taking the first step. It is stepping out of your comfort zone and going after something that you believe is what you want. Although we can nudge you along it is ultimately your free will to decide to take that first step. It is taking action on a thought or idea that inspires you. It is using your intuition. It is believing in yourself and taking a risk. Your intuition in action. Your hopes and dreams put into action. Yang energy for ideas and inspiration. Boldness – A [nameautoremoved]ness of mind. Can easily be misinterpreted as negative but it is a courage often needed in times of adversity, to make ourselves clear and understood. It is going out on a limb, protection of our beliefs for what holds true to our hearts. Putting ourselves out there to stand up for what we believe in and not worrying what anyone else thinks. Expression of our power and beauty. It is loving that aspect of ourselves that we sometimes push away. It is absolute truth. Clarity – Having understanding. A clear mind, faith and trust. [nameautoremoved] from thought and knowing within your heart. A goal we know you wish to obtain and we are proud of your dedication to this task. We are most grateful that you feel this and are helping you with your desire to communicate clearly with us. We are working with you and dedicate ourselves towards your journey of clarity. I did notice my filters when channelling these words because they felt like they were more messages for me rather than a general meaning of the word and the channelling was my experience of the words. Hi [nameautoremoved] :) Well done, your channelling came through beautifully. :) With these exercises the messages are always for the student. Spirit never miss an opportunity to help you grow!!! :) When we're first grabbing a hold of the channelling energy a few common thing happens for many of the students. Notice with the word initiative, your channelling came through with a lot of "it is". This is the stop and start of the flow of energy through you. Each time you grab an idea, your mind comes back to the purpose of the channelling of 'what is it', "it is". This came through a little by the second word and with the last three it only appears once. Already you can see you're getting a hold of the energy much more smoothly. Well done :) Blessings, Avril

In examples 1-5, text was inspiring, it has a few labels as if is the author’s experience (part story). Examples 6-8, I found this to be from an egoric and scientific point of view. This is somebody explaining their ideas and does not have a true channel for me. Example 9, for me this passage is easier to read and has less detail in which there is more open communication through channel. Example 10 for me has lots of labels and filters and I recognise this by author speaking from his or her self. My words I picked from the Destiny cards are: Harmony – Harmonious rhythm through time collects no thought. Perseverance – Pushing through boundaries to find your way and perceiving your differences that holds you back. Responsibility – You step up and take active control like a jockey riding a horse and responding to the sensations around you. Efficiency – It’s good being efficient, we see around (Avril not much came through in this one as you can see, what does this mean?) thanks Adventure – We love to play in the fields and be free to express our feelings and be joyous in that. Our direction, there is none, for we play with the fields and pick from the fields and dance on the clouds that are hidden high above us.

Hi [nameautoremoved], Well done on your channelling attempts this week. :) You can see as you progressed to the last word, more flowed through for you, which is great. For men, there is a really important connection which must be made to tap right in with channelled info. The male energy Chakras of the Solar Plexus and the Heart Chakra (fire and air) must be energised and this is where the focus must come from to tap in really beautifully and deeply. I want you to try something this week and see if it changes the way things come through for you. Just before you choose a word, spend about 2-5 minutes breathing into your Heart Chakra. Focus on the feeling in the lungs as they expand and contract. Try and let thoughts go as you focus on the breath. Then spend about 2-5 minutes breathing right down to the Solar Plexus. Focus on breathing in so your stomach rises and breathing out so it falls. Then, feel for your Guide. Once you know they are with you, look at your word and try and download the message. Male energy is very yang as you know [nameautoremoved]. [nameautoremoved]nelling is a combination of the male (more shamanic) energy and the female (divine love) energy. In order to bring through the energy really deeply within us, we must balance both polarities to connect in with oneness. There is lots of yang energy in your flow right now, but not so much yin. Yin energy is like water and lets the wisdom 'flow' through to us. If you try this, you may find the flow increases and it is easier for you to get a hold of. Example four is really clear and easy to stay present with for me. I have read the Pleiadian workbook over and over and found it great. I remember beginning the Tantric workbook with great excitement some years back and slavishly trying to get through the introduction not allowing myself to jump ahead until I had read it, but finding it incredibly hard going and being not capable of staying present with much of the information as my mind tried (and often failed) to grasp the concepts she was describing. For me this one fits all of criteria 1 through 6. There are labels present in “Holy mother’ and “children of the light’. I suppose there are perceptive filters as I have just learnt that it is impossible for anyone to channel without these, but other than the labels I don’t find them very obvious in this example. For me message 5 is struggle city again, there are not enough full stops so sentances ramble and I am jumping from one labelled concept to another trying to understand each as I go, but not feeling any breath inbetween as one tumbles into another and by the time I’m a sentence or so on I have completely lost all sense of what came before.  Message 6 is easy enough to stay with for the first half, although very scientific, you can absolutely see what audience she was trying to con [nameautoremoved], I get lost in the second half. I don’t feel peaceful, uplifted or empowered by it. It doesn’t ring true for me – feels like pseudo science. I can stay present with message 7 (I have a science psychology degree so actually find this easier than some of Amorah’s earlier passages) yet it doesn’t feel like channelling at all. It feels as though the key ideas (that might be expressed in a sentence) have come from spirit and then been heavily padded and complicated. It reads like a uni thesis. As for message 8 I don’t even want to read it (although of course I did try – ended up skimming it), whilst I find Amorah’s difficult to comprehend I at least want to read them owing to the love pouring forth from them. Message 9 is simple, clear, concise and easy to read and stay with to the end. There was nothing complicated or that I needed to think deeply about. As for perceptive filters or labels, none that are immediately obvious to me. Perhaps the examples to demonstrate the sub personalities may be drawn from her own experience rather than purely channelled. Message 10 doesn’t feel like channelling at all to me, rather like anti-establishment diatribe. Whilst spirit may convey these messages of our descent into materialism I would imagine they would do so in a much more gentle and loving way. It is negative and disempowering, depressing with no room for the positives aspects of the human spirit, even the comments on true love were tarnished within a sentence or two. Feat Her: This is the faerie realm filled with love, light and sparkly energy. Playfulness here is the order of the day, love abounds and being a help mate is essential. [nameautoremoved]g and helpful energy is highly regarded but all wwiht a playful, mischievous spirit.  Larconial: This is a powerful, strong masculine but at the same time androgynous energy. I see the figure of a great powerful god rising up int the stars and hovering above, overseeing creations of worlds. This energy feels incredibly big, and powerful – all seeing.  Junious. I see a figure in battle armour with a headdress as the leader of a great army. This fades and I see an explosion of starsin the galaxy and a great release of light energy.  Ronael I feel love strongly emanating frm the heart chakra and an angelic being encircling this energy as though his wings are folded [nameautoremoved]d a large ball of energy almost caultdrn like. He is rpesiding over or overlighting certain elements of creationo here on earth at this time. He is hoolding the nenergy for certain advanced spiritual beings who are there on earth at this time of planetary ascencin and is aiding in the process.  I am still channelling my lion cards (not sure if yfou remember those) and whilst each card is quite in-depth (and destiniy cards not sold around the corner here!) I thought I could just pick one of these each day of the ones I haven’t begun and get an ‘essence” of each one…. These were all crystal clear apart frm Junious – for some strange reason I could not hook into that energy at all, it was muddy for me and I had to strain to get anything. Most peculiar as when I moved straight on to Ronael after the channel was clear again.  “Thought” Thought is the power that draws all into being, it is the gel that holds together creation. Thoughts are the sound waves of the mind that sing the song of your future. Be careful how you use your thoughts as whilst they be your most powerful ally they may also be your undoing. Learn to direct your mind down the path of positive thoughts, uplifting thoughts of a better brighter future as you move along the path of your higher plan.

Hi Student 2052767 :) Happy New Year :) Your analysis of the examples were great. You're really getting the gist of the process which is fabulous. Your channelling is also coming through beautifully. Sometimes a particular concept is difficult to channel on because we simply have no resonation with it. For Junious, this may have been the case. If you were just having a blocked day, then there would be something to look at personally, but in this case, where you picked right up with it on the next word, it's most probably a lack of resonation. Hi Avril I just loved this week's meditation. It was so deeply healing - which I really needed this week! I think I'm going to continue with this meditation a little longer. It has been my favourite so far! I have just looked over my channelled messages from the words that came up in my cards - and I can't believe that I really wrote that. I couldn't remember writing it and I was inspired by my own messages! I hope that means it was 'real' channelling!  For channelling on words I used the [nameautoremoved] [nameautoremoved]son Grace cards. These were my five words and the information I channelled on them: Mindfulness The ability to bring your focus in like a laser beam. And tune out all distractions. Using your mind as an instrument of the Divine. Mindful of embodying your true nature and radiating that out to bring peace and joy and love. Mindfulness of all levels of your being Picking the cherries in everything – absolutely everything – using these ‘cherries’ to promote love, wisdom, harmony. Mindfulness enables one to harness the power of the Universe, the Law of Attraction. It is a discipline but once you learn how much joy and abundance the use of perfect mindfulness can bring, you will want to harness more and more of its power – to magnetize the life you desire and the Being you wish to BE.   Quiet The serene, beautiful void of the universe, where silence and deep peace reside. Rest here my dear one and know that the highs and the lows all become as one in this deep beautiful silence. This is where true power resides, where all manifestation begins, where all is healed and made right – within and without. Quiet my dear one, quiet your mind. Silence to those thoughts that go around and around and lead nowhere. And trust in the Great Spirit, trust in yourself, and as you take deep rest you will know more and more who you really are. Affection Affection is allowing light and love energy to flow through you effortlessly and in grace. And then naturally extending this love energy out to yourself and others – with gentleness and purity. Being fully in the energy and beautiful balance of giving and receiving. Bringing magic and majesty to everything and everyone you touch, including yourself. Perception [nameautoremoved]ging our perception is like a fog lifting from our awareness. As you perceive, you believe, and conceive. Allow brightness and light to surround everything, no matter how you are feeling in the moment. See the good in everyone and everything. Release the need to believe in separation. Allow the [nameautoremoved]t consciousness to look through your eyes and all will transform before you. Illumination Bringing light from source and up from Mother Earth. Filling with light, love, joy. Trusting that your path will be clearly lit before you. Faith in the light of God, in the light within others, in the light within your own Being. The never ending expansion of Self into more and greater realms of love, light, peace, power and beauty.  Example 4 1 Yes 2. Yes 3.	Yes 4.	Yes 5.	I feel the message is very beautiful – similar to messages I have heard before – the part ‘the holy Father and I love each and every one of you more than we knew was possible in the beginning’ – really struck a chord with me. That glorious channelled information – that source grows as we grow. 6.	I think this message is quite direct and simple – I did, however, need to read it three times to get the full impact. 7. Yes 5.	Didn’t really tell me anything I didn’t already know, or say it in a way I didn’t currently see. 6.	Message quite simple 7.	Seems to me that perceptive filters indicated by ‘Daughter of God’, ‘Son of God’, and especially Holy Mother and Holy Father. 8.	Above are labels. Also Elohim, Child of God. Examples 7 and 8 1.	No 2.	No 3.	No – example 7 feels a bit out of control – that the organism is somehow separate from our power and free will. And example 8 doesn’t sit well with me at all – the whole concept / [nameautoremoved]’s channelled interpretation of sexuality doesn’t lead to a feeling of free will or empowerment. Seems more focussed on chaos and dysfunction. 4. Hi Student 2053013, Beautiful work. Your channelling is very clear already, which is fantastic. You've also pulled out the filters with the examples I gave in the module perfectly. Well done :) There is one filter in your messages for the last two words. The terms: " [nameautoremoved]t consciousness" and "light of God". These terms describe Total Presence based on the way your awareness sees it. I'd love your you to try an experiment this week. This is something everyone should do when they find a filter in their work and always at a later time. After meditation one day, have the paragraphs before you and ask Spirit to give you the true meaning behind these phrases. You'll be shown some visions, given some feelings and experience some wonderful awarenesses. Then ask them for a less filter phrase and see what they give you. Hi Avril An interesting module! I am surprised at how upset I felt after reading your interpretations of the 5 words from last module. Mine were so different I really doubt myself and wonder if I can do this! My soul reading said an angel (named) was waiting to help me with channeling and the time was now. Why do I feel so stuck! I have been ill for 6 months. maybe the timing is wrong!? (I am a lot better now) I read the excerpts with interest. It is good to be aware of filters particularly if reading for someone else (not something I want to do formally). I shall be brief- Ex 4 was easy to read, leaving me feeling peaceful and loved. Ex 5 Understandable but could be a lot simpler. Different labels by different channelers make understanding more complex. Ex 6,7 8 by [nameautoremoved] [nameautoremoved]s not writing I can resonate with. Makes spirituality seem difficult and only for intellectuals. I would not read her material when so much else is available. Ex 9 written in a way for us all to relate to. There is free will, and it makes one feel empowered and peaceful Ex 10 easy enough to read the words but doesn't make me feel empowered. Would lose interest. I tried with the cards. Filtered information for sure, so is it my mind?? INITIATIVE blocked (shock of) illness-loss of confidence. Be calm and don't worry about what others think and can do! BALANCE spirituality/humanness; doing/being; giving/receiving; action/relaxation; types of foods (Visual- a seesaw and a heart) TRUST You have a problem with trust. it stems from childhood-felt insecure and that love was conditional (I hadn't thought of that before!!) For those students who have decided to share their messages, you'll see a lot of doubt comes up for everyone. Most of the private messages also speak of similar doubts. Remember that channelling is ALWAYS based on perception. Even my channelling comes through in a way, that is within my conscious awareness. Some students feel the different worlds or beings or development concepts or imagery or other things related to those words. All are different and all are filtered by perception, this is normal. I've run out of space for all the word channels and feedback, so briefly what I learnt from this module is a clearer definition I guess of how our filters colour our channeled messages. Some great advice that helped regarded labels and how that can affect or make a clear message slightly harder to 'hear' or resonate. I've tried to read [nameautoremoved] [nameautoremoved]s before and have never been able to stick with it. I've always found it so dry and difficult to wade through, yet know she is such a revered channel. But as you mentioned, she was channeling in a period in time where it was so unaccepted and the message did have to sound almost scientific and so factual to be even slightly accepted. This makes so much more sense now. And this also helps with material that comes through relating to 'God' or 'The Divine Mother' or ' [nameautoremoved]' - all of which I love and accept, but from a strong [nameautoremoved]olic background, makes me cringe sometimes!! So I have to work on my own filters of openess too! Word 1 – What can you tell me about Spontaneity? My lighthearted ones, you are truly frisky children of the universe. You see yourselves weighed down with the problems of your created life. We know these times bring heaviness, sorrow. We feel some of your human feelings of depression, of lethargy, of indirection, of confusion. We know the weight of your condition. Yet within you; in fact of you; is the spark; the spark of creation, the seed of the universe. You are the creative impulse, you are the flicker of the divine. You are as free and quick as a flame that pops and sparks and dances the divine. You are not so burdened my beautiful ones, not as you imagine. For your burdens and heaviness are of your armour, your carrier material in this world, but YOU, your nature, your being, your self, you truly are as free and sprightly as the light of creation. YOU have decided for you are the divine, and it is by your own making you reveal more of your light nature. You cannot become, but simply unravel what already is. And in this Initiation process you have decided to take on, the divine spark of your own initiative has been revealed. It is only through divine grace that you can hear the spark. Hi Avril,  Please see my results below. I also wanted to bounce somthing of you about the way I get the information. The message comes when I allow spirit to engage my mind, if I am concentrating in a meditation it blocks the flow however if I open it up like a tap spiriti will use my mind to speak with me. I don't hear a voice as such just my own mind speaking to me. It flows very clearly at times, sometimes I need to probe a little for more information. What category of channeling would this fall into?  Thanks and Blessings as always :-) Student 2054511  Example 4 – I felt compelled to keep reading this passage however didn’t really feel it left me empowered. There was a sense of peace to the message and a reassurance of the unconditional love from spirit. It didn’t really tell me anything I didn’t already know or believe. I found the passage to be quite easy reading but could probably be simplified. The author is using “Holy Mother” to label the experience and energy she is receiving. A filter I feel she has placed on the message is saying we are all “children”.  Example 5 – I felt this passage was too complicated and I found my awareness wondering off. I really had to concentrate and reread to understand the concept the author is trying to communicate. I certainly don’t feel empowered or peaceful. Lots of labels being used “Child of God, “Holy Mother & Father” etc. Example 6 – I definitely can see how filters have moulded this channelled message. It is much more complicated than the previous two and sounds almost like science as opposed to a message from spirit (like reading a science subject you have no interest in). My attention did wander and I found myself more drawn to the intellectual aspects of the message. I did not feel empowered or peaceful after reading the message. Example 7 – This is a very interesting example and one I would have to say if I wasn’t aware it had been channelled, I would say was a psychologist or doctor’s opinion. I do not feel empowered or peaceful reading this message, in fact I can feel it almost weighing me down like I do not have free will over my actions or reactions. I did not pick up on any labels but perhaps noted a perceptive filter of not owning Example 8 – My awareness did drop in out and it parts however I was more compelled to keep reading this passage from [nameautoremoved] as it had an interesting message about how our perceptions play out physically and psychologically. The message did not leave me feeling empowered or peaceful. There were no labels noted in this message however I did feel her filters were stronger in the opening passage almost like she was a little bitter the feminine energies and principles were not held in higher regard during that period.  Example 9 –  This passage has a much softer energy and feel to it. I did feel compelled to keep reading and felt this to be more empowering by recognising that we have many parts to our personality and all these contribute to a whole person. I felt this message was given with the intention of making one understand both the light and dark sides of personality need to be explored and this exploring ultimately leads to a greater depth of understanding and awareness. A label that was used was “sub personalities” however I did not pick up on any filters.  Example 10 – In reading this passage I feel I am reading the words of a wise old man however not necessarily a message direct from spirit. I feel there are a lot of filters in this message and the content could be presented in a much simpler format. It reminds of reading a Winston Churchill biography, very intellectual. I did feel compelled to keep reading but didn’t feel empowered or peaceful after finishing this passage. Parts of this message resonated and part didn’t.  [nameautoremoved]nelled words;  Consecrate – A desecration of the once divine light & love in its purest form. Turned impure by man kind’s rituals. I felt a choking or restriction in my throat chakra, this was symbol of how this act restricts the flow of divine energy.  Spiritual – A term you have coined to describe the indescribable. In essence this is your true being as nothing exists in form. You are all spiritual beings seeking that which cannot be found as it already exists inside you. This is your divinity and oneness. To spirit this is a earth term that describes the source of all things, energy or god.  [nameautoremoved]land – Dear one there is no spiritual meaning for grassland this is a human term. Your grasslands contain much energy & vitality whenever possible be amongst these fields. Hi Student 2054511 :) The way you hear is called 'telepathic resonance'. Because you are a tele-empath, you literally become one with your Spirit Guide's energy and then, as if your minds are linked as one, you hear their thoughts. From your point of view, it is not like 'hearing' something external to what is happening in your own mind. It will feel though, like the thoughts are not your own or were not ones that your conscious mind thought up. It is the most advanced form of clairaudience. Well done on noticing the distinction. :) In your example 4, be aware that Spirit do often think of us as children (of the cosmos, of the universe, of life etc). They do this because, like children, we are having an adventure and growing into the world. The filter is absolutely the 'holy mother' comments. Well done. The other examples you've analysed were great too. Student 2054511 I'd like you to redo the channelling on the word consecrate again. I think you'll find there were some filters happening for you here. Remember, even if your perception says something is negative, Spirit will always find a positive way to show you the good things about it. It's what they do as the ultimate optimists. Your experience was not like this. I'm not sure what your perceptions are about this word, but before you try channelling again, ask yourself and become aware of your own perceptions before you channel. Then see what you get. I think you'll be amazed at what happens next :) When you're channelling Student 2054511, notice your process. Before you ask the question or for the word you're going to be channelling on, take a moment to ask your Guides to be with you. Then wait till you feel their energy merging with you. You may perceive it like two minds becoming one or their head literally sitting within yours. You'll feel their energy. Then begin. Try not to be too focused on the destination or the goal, but enjoy the process or journey as it unfolds. Take your time and relax into it. Some of what you are bringing through is mixed in with your mind. Other parts of the messages are channelled. You'll start to know the difference by beginning in this way, slowing down and noticing when the energy inside your mind lessons. Each time it does, your channelling drops out and your mind kicks in. I found Example 4 easier to read than Example 3, simply because I understood the message on the first reading. In Example 3, I had to re-read it to grasp what it was trying to say. I feel Example 4 met the criteria, I liked how it made me feel part of the larger tapestry of life and how joyous they were for our experiences. The labels perhaps were ‘Oneness’, some may think there is a ‘Supreme Entity’ and it would be unheard of to think we are equal and of course ‘Holy Father’.  Example 5, I connected with, but it didn’t resonate with me as much as Example 4. The sentences were more complicated. I still feel it fits all the criteria. In this case it feels as though the channeler’s filters stem from a religious upbringing (or perhaps that’s my filter in play, as I find the writing a bit ‘holier than thou’. Quite honestly, I don’t understand parts of it, so perhaps it doesn’t work for me so well in relation to point 6.  Examples 7 and 8 doesn’t feel like it is coming from pure light to me. It has the ‘human condition’ all over it. Almost a bit of rant which I sometimes don’t think the higher realm often delves into the topics being discussed in that way. I don’t feel empowered, I feel as though the messages are slightly blaming of the system, but quite honestly I didn’t read them that well, because the messages were not something I wanted in my consciousness. It didn’t meet the criteria for me of ‘empowering’, wanting to read on, didn’t feel like I had free will, I definitely didn’t feel peaceful etc.  Example 9, I know their work is mostly channeled, but this section felt more ‘head’ than their other writings. It didn’t really make me feel peaceful, it was just a lot of comparisons but the last sentence did make me see the topic a different light which is slightly empowering.  Example 10, maybe I’m expecting too much ‘love and light’ from the channeled messages, but again, this message doesn’t feel channeled to me. The tone feels quite harsh. The message wasn’t simple for me, I had to keep re-reading it. It definitely didn’t make me feel peaceful especially, “True love is a sacrifice”. Perhaps I’m used to the more gently channeled messages of [nameautoremoved] and Doreen [nameautoremoved]’s angels…. I channeled on the words: trust, knowing, love, peace and joy and received the following feedback. It 'felt' better when I was doing it because I was watching and feeling the energy around each word. When I re-read the messages, I felt they were a little 'so what', and the experience was far more joyful: Trust is the essence of all creation. Trust, is trust in yourself, but more so trust in your higher self and more so in Source. To know that you can trust in the process of life. That you can command what you desire through your energy and know 100% that it will come. This is what trust is all about. If you think about a relationship that you have 100% trust in, what does it feel like? It feels free, safe and loving does it not? This is what the true essence of trust is. It is freedom, it is safety, it is love, it is peace, is that truly not what trust is about? When you truly trust in a situation there is great relief is there not? So in order to perhaps heighten your feelings of trust, again you are heightening that peace, that love, that freedom - all of which you experience within your home realms. Ah, then trust should expand.  Knowing – We see the trust and knowing working hand in hand. The knowing is what trust transforms into. In knowing you don’t even need to trust because you know it exists and already ‘is’. The knowing is like having something deep within your soul that is so clear and so wondrous, there is no doubt.  Love in the human world is quite different to that in our world. It is a wonderful feeling but in our world it is far less dense it is very light and free. Again, love is like a knowing. If you think of love from the human perspective it causes great pain to many. People want more or want less or seek something beyond themselves for love when they should start from within. In our realm, love is very much about, just knowing that it is there. It is peaceful and soft and joyous. It does not have any pain associated with it. It is not something to be sought, in fact, it is something again, that is just within you, that flows, that knowingness of love.  Peace is beautiful, it is actually the essence of more things than people realize. If people had created more peace in their world there would be no anxiety or dis-ease. It is that beautiful place of stillness which is very much what peace is the essence of. So peace is not about as the human world would say, “There is war or there is peace.” That is taking peace at a level that we do not associate. Peace is very different from that definition. It is like stillness and in that stillness there is perfection, whereas the human world would not equate peace with perfection. We suggest that you adopt the peace that you have seen; it is far more from the light. (When they said, “seen” I felt a soft stillness – it felt amazing). Joy is like the bubbling brook of happiness that lives within all of you. But unfortunately many, due to the human condition, it is like they have created an arid desert and stopped this bubbling brook. I can look around your entire Universe and see in many different ways how unhappy people are. There is no joy in them; they are like an empty vessel. Hi Student 2054612 :) Well done on your analysis. You've also made a very good point. Sometimes the channelled material and the feeling we get with it, has a lot to do with where it is being channelled from. Light Beings bring through more 'power' concepts than a message from the [nameautoremoved]ls which is gentler. This is another thing we must take into account. Sometimes we just simply resonate with one group of Light Beings more than another :) What you'll also notice is that in the first attempt of channelling the word trust, you were reaching for the energy a lot more. Reread your paragraphs. Notice how many times the word 'trust' is mentioned in the first paragraph. Notice how few times 'joy' is mentioned in the channelling on joy. When we begin to channel, we attempt continually to tap into the words energy. This creates channelling where we say trust is, trust is, trust is etc a lot. When we're more in our flow, these bits are left out as we literally trust the flow more. Then paragraphs like the one on joy emerge, where it is a free flowing story. Then i heard a conversation between two people – one said ‘why are you laughing?’ and the other person didn’t say anything but was was just so happy, exuding joy and laughter. I saw a man with big lips and almond shaped eyes. he wanted me to look through another lens – look at the universe in a different way. Compassion: I saw an image of a counter – customer vs server. I then saw an image of a handle of something (like a bike) then the handle being steered. I felt/heard – Compassion is a part of who we are. Image of a bird flying above – i then saw someone dressed in a foreign culture’s clothes, and then someone dressed in a very stiff collared outfit – white person. Then –you may not know what it is like to be another-? Then saw an image of a man stroking a baby’s face caringly – felt like if we had the same compassion as we do for a newborn (we would be more compassionate) alsodual meaning –about viewing the world through baby’s eyes. Peace: Heard - It is you who is able to decide now. When your cup is full - I wasn’t clear on the rest - but then i saw and felt female teacher and then it was like i was being taken on a tour of a fairy kingdom – there was alot of activity- I saw many different fairies male and female and i saw where they lived – however my vision was only at about 10-20%. Illumination – I saw an image of a woman looking over at something – she had very defined features – had a crown on – she was very striking – very goddess like. Then image of a royal woman coming down steps. Something about having clarity, being clear is what will bring us the most wisdom. Images of money, and they something about balance in relation to sun rising and setting – and that balance is what we are striving for. Hi Student 2054818 :) Well done on your analysis of the filters. Great work. The meditation will become easier if you keep working with it, so do this if you can, you'll gain much from its practise. From your channelling, again I say well done. Your channel is warming up. The engines are working, but misfiring a bit as you find the right groove. It feels like Spirit are modifying their way of communicating energy to you, to help find the best way. Sometimes they are sharing visual cues and at other times words. Most of the time a bit of both, which is wonderful. As you practise more, things will become much clearer. The meditation practise will help as well, as it will ground more energy into the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras. Lovely Avril,              This was a very interesting module..What I did get from this module was too lighten up and give myself a break how I channel and how unique it is too me and how I bring the information through. Exercises 1-5was great but found I lost interest quickly. Had toHi think more to understand what the messages actually was. Empowering and peaceful? but not as much as it could've been if it wasn't so deep and complicated. Told me something I did kind of know in a way I didn't currently see. Yes it had filters of her perceptions of the information and yes labels of god, holy mother etc. .6-8 just lost me altogether. Wasn't really sure what it was about. Found it too complicated and totally lost interest. 9 was a breath of fresh air understood what was the content was about and fit all the criteria for me. 10 was out there again for me lost interest but got the gist of what was there but could be more simplistic. But all was a great eye opener. The homework was interesting. I did 5 different words as I didn't read it properly but it was great fun. Very empowering the information that came through. I wasn't sure what filter meant but they sure explained that in the first channel what they meant..So I've left feedback for the first word I channelled. Authenticity…. Truth and Honesty. Be real. Therefore, free will to me will be my ability to change my thoughts due to what the passage has spoken to me, or feel compelled to think from the that information differently about the subject. No, I felt I needed to read it twice; I believe the message could have been said a little simpler for me. 7. The names she uses ¡§Holy Mother¡¨ and ¡§Holy Father¡¨. 8. Yes, Ankh, Holy Mother and Father.  Example 5 1. I do feel I dropped away particularly in the first section, for me I found this a little overcomplicated. Hi Student 2055072, Happy New Year! :) Great work with the filters. I can see you've taken the time to really feel into each example and see how it has effected you very consciously. Well done. In terms of your channelling with the Destiny cards - again well done. Spirit have given you many words in the channelling to help you learn to trust what you are receiving. Your mind is fighting you all the way, which is perfectly natural. When you're channelling, try breathing really deeply into your stomach area. Breathe in so your stomach area rises and breathe out, so it falls. This forces your energy and attention out of your mind and will help you relax more with the process. You'll also find it helps the mind be still, allowing your clear channel to flow through more easily. Hi Avril, Here are my comments on the different channelled extracts. Example 4 I found the first couple of sentences complicated; I had to read them twice to absorb the meaning. The message speaks of the constant expansion of Source as a result of the experiences of the beings that come forward to incarnate, and that there is never any separation from Source, whether a soul is incarnated or not. The message left me feeling peaceful, empowered and with a sense of free will. This is not a new message, although I was touched by the idea that Source loves us more than even it could have imagined. The message is beautiful, if a little floral and complicated in its imagery. The labels include Holy Mother and Father, Children of the Light, Oneness. Example 5 The style of writing is very descriptive, and if I had to read a lot of it, I think my awareness would drop in and out. To me the message is that those who incarnate may temporarily forget their origin from Source, but they are never separate or lost to “Creation”. Again the message is uplifting, reassuring, empowering, and leaves my sense of free will intact. The prose reminds me of the writing in old religious books. There are plenty of labels: Child, Daughter, Son of God, Holy Mother and Father, One, Truth and Creation. Examples 7&8 [nameautoremoved] [nameautoremoved]s I enjoyed reading the extracts by [nameautoremoved] [nameautoremoved]s, and did not find my attention dropping out. Example 7, taken in its larger context talks of the effects on the psyche of large doses of LSD, used at the time in experiments on the human brain. The second example makes some interesting observations about sexuality and the individual’s tendency to identify their personality and beliefs with gender. The article was written in the late 60’s or early 70’s, a time when there was a lot of questioning about gender roles and sexuality. Does the message leave me feeling empowered or peaceful? Not really but I do find the information interesting. I don’t feel disempowered by the messages; I think they are observations of the time from the spiritual perspective. The information could be more simply presented, and I note your point about the perceptive filter. Labels include “male” and “female” qualities, although the author does define these. Example 9 Sanaya Roman My conscious awareness stayed when reading the paragraph extract, and indeed the two pages from which it is extracted. The message left me feeling empowered. It describes a method of connecting to the various subpersonalities, and so my free will did not feel compromised. The language is quite straightforward and the massage is easily absorbed. For me, the extract shone a different light on how we can view ourselves. I did not get the sense of a strong filter, the message felt quite pure. The use of subpersonalities is a label. Example 10 [nameautoremoved]z [nameautoremoved]n The prose is complicated and filled with imagery. The message is full of judgment and condemnation of the human spirit. It did not feel uplifting at all, in fact I felt quite negative after reading the extract. The author described humans as being selfish, exploitative and self-serving. There is a strong filter of the author’s own belief as there is judgement on the characteristics of human nature, such as “the body flourishes while the sole starves in the kingdom of truth”. The comment “love is sacrifice” is another example. Examples of labels include “Love”, “golden calf”, and the “principle”.  [nameautoremoved]nelled words: Surrender- there is bliss in surrender as you give over to Source’s divine plan. There is freedom from trying to control the outcome. It allows a rebirth without anxiety of the future, knowing that you are in God’s hands, and all that you desire will manifest. Peace- is trusting that all will be taken care of in the hands of Source. It is represented by a light and joyous energy. It is a condition out of which inspiration is borne. Inspiration-is a whisper from Source that allows you to see what could be, and if you are not listening it is gone. It is a joyous call to action without the need for motivation. It is represented by fast, light, mercurial energy. Sorrow-is a time of reflection and healing. Without it, we would not know the meaning of happiness. It is a passing state. Joy- is the natural state of being. When you are in a state of joy, all creation is seems possible, and the creative process is easy and effortless. There is no need for struggle. This energy is effervescent, dancing and glorious.

Hi Student 2055748 :) You've made some wonderful observations based on your feelings about the examples. When you're channelling yourself, I think you'd really benefit from feeling in your body as you write or type the messages. Try breathing in so your stomach rises and breathing out so it falls as you write. This will help anchore your energy down to the Solar Plexus. Your channelling is great so far. I would like to also suggest that you go back to Spirit and ask them what they meant to say in Surrender when you wrote 'God'. This may be a concept that you understand as Divine energy, but Spirit will never refer to a title in this way. Our perception can call the energy they are trying to impart by this name, because it is what we understand it as, but ultimately, it is still a filter. After a meditation ask them to show you what they mean by God and see what happens. Please share your experience in your next lot of feedback if you get time to do this. Hi Avril, I have just read through the material for lesson 3 yesterday. Just to provide some context I was at a workshop on Sunday and it was all about loving yourself, nurturing yourself and being in present moment awareness. I also had some bodywork done on Saturday. So you could say I have been integrating the last few days ;)) So last night, wow, I had this scary dream where this tiger was walking through this town and everyone (including me) were hiding behind doors and peaking outside. How powerful this beast was! It wasn't till later I realized that the Tiger was me and everyone (including me) was afraid to go outside. Anyway I was thinking of the discussions I was having on Sunday and I woke up thinking of one of Sri & Kira's discourses. I thought you would really like it, especially if you haven't read it before. Isn't that what we're all doing right now? Stepping out of the woods and into our power? Into A–Lion-Ment (Alignment). It also goes on to discuss the importance of nourishing our bodies which is what Sunday touched on also..  So seeing as this came up for me while pondering this lesson I wanted to ask you another question. Kira says she vacates her body and that an Arch [nameautoremoved]l or other being like the Essenes, Blue Star Born and so on enter and animate her body. There is no filter, it's the consciousness of these beings speaking directly. So I have an open mind and for many years my discernment filters say the information coming through is pretty pristine and of a very high vibrational nature. Hi Student 2055883 :) I can't really comment on anyone else's work. We each have our own pathway to walk and ways in which to share. I also haven't seen Kira at work or felt the energy of her channel. To tune into this without her permission would not be ethical, unless she asked me to. However from the sounds of it, Kira is talking about what we call 'Amnesic Trance Mediumship'. You'll learn more about that in the trance modules after the channelling classes. Whilst she may have been drawn to this work from what she calls near death experiences, others can work their way to this level of trance as well. It is definitely possible. Ultimately, whenever you feel drawn to something, it is because your Soul feels drawn to it. Follow these inspirations. When you're doing the exercises, allow yourself to slow down before you begin. Take some time to breathe into your body. As you are channelling breathe in so your stomach rises and breathe out so your stomach falls. This gets your attention into your Solar Plexus and helps you capture the feeling of the words. Example 4 "The holy Mother and the holy father" are labels and may be a perceptive filter. This message does me feel like I have free will. The message is peaceful and emppowering and it can be simply put as: "We are all loved & spiritually connected to the divine light. Well done for facing your challenges as well as learning & growing at your own pace. We will be reunited as one once you learned your lessons in life."  Example 5 This message contains labels such as , Holy Mother, Holy Father, Elohim etc. It is long winded and my mind dropped out at the start. It could be simply put as: We created you with love and placed you on the earth so that you can discover that we are one and also part of the universal light. You'll experience different feelings & emotions when you are asleep and awake. I do feel relaxed after reading the message. Example 6. This message sounds like an academic essay on spirituality, biology and psychology. I must grab a dictionary to understand the message.  Example 7 & 8  messages 7 and 8 sound very intellectual . It could simply expressed as: You will fight with your own mind whenever you create your own fears. The chaneller used excessive number of words and my mind easily drops out but the message makes sense to me. The chaneller sounds moody and angry.  Example 9 My mind did not drop out when I read This message. It's easy to understand and very empowering. The word subpersonalities sounds academic. Example 10 Sounds like the channeler was influenced by the welfare system and the job labour market. It sounds like an academic essay and my mind drops out.
