It's great that your allowing your process to come through and working with it. The heavy feeling you had was your Guides helping out with your inner healing work. Lovely to have their support isn't it! Fear is the opposite of love. Sometimes the base and sacral can seem harder to get the energy into, especially when you've been doing mediumship. This is because the energy there is denser. However the whole goal of mediumship is to bring the energy of the Universe to us here, so it's a fantastic practise to continue to draw energy down to our bottom Chakras. So glad you enjoyed the gratitude. Beautiful :) Everything with healing is all about intention, so in a way the two work the same way. One uses the free will of the mind and the other uses the free will of your hands! Both can be effective. If you feel like it is your mind that needs healing, use the meditation. Avril to Student 2052033 Hi [nameautoremoved] :) The 're-coiling' is a term Spirit use to describe the Chakra system. Each Chakra is made of an interwoven fabric of etheric matter which coils around itself, very similarly to the way electrical cords work - with a positive and negative wire. When Spirit are recoiling our Chakra system and energy, it basically means that we are getting rewired. They do this often when we are about to embody new gifts or have moved beyond the patterns of the past so much, that our Soul has changed for the better. So congrats on getting recoiled! It's an acknowledgement from the Universe that you're ready for some new and wonderful growth. The Sacral Chakra helps you to embody the aspect of the Divine Feminine energy. It is all about receiving and allowing. When we feel pain in our back here, it is a message asking us to receive more. It can also be that as we are beginning to open up and receive more, the energy from the Universe is washing out old past pains about not receiving. If this is happening in conjunction with the trance states, I'd say it is the later and is therefore a transitory energy state, based on the good work you've been doing for yourself. I have just been working in country [nameautoremoved]ia with [nameautoremoved]lise (the other woman playing at [nameautoremoved]'s wedding) I had a bit of resistance to the gratitude ex - I dont know why - I just couldnt seem to genuinely connect with this emotion for a bit - but now Im back in the gratitude swing, which is great. I only have done the channelling meditation once - I'm just taking it slow - I did the 5th module meditaion from teleempaths (the medicine wheel one with the ruby red crystal) again last night - I find it such a strong meditation - and I seem to spend part of it every time in tears - but I think its good tears - they feel like healing tears, and a kind of permission to come home to myself tears. I will try the channelling med'n again soon - and in the meantime, am doing one of the other meditations most days. The Chakras we are working most on, require more focus, as they are more complex at the time. The state of our Chakras does change alot, so tuning in again the future may produce a different result. Please go into the Medicine Wheel at home. Face the [nameautoremoved] and meditate there. Ask the Earth Mothers and Grandmothers to remove this memory from your cellular information. It will be completely released. If you have any trouble at all after this, please book in for a distant healing session or healing analysis and I can remove it for you. Avril to Student 2053220 Hi Student 2053220, First, the spiritual hangovers... Our energy is very connected to those we are closest to, biologically or emotionally. If the same thing happens each week, you may be tapped into your families energy. If your family (or those close to you) drink most Friday nights, you might be experiencing their energy. If you notice this on a Friday night (i.e. your energy levels dropping) make a statement to the Universe that you wish only positive energies to flow to you, on your connections with others. Don't accept their hangovers! Module 3 of the Tele-Empaths class will help you with some more tools for this. Your clearing methods sounds wonderful Student 2053220, so well done on shifting the energy :) Your meditation with the channelling was fantastic. Cold energies are normally mental and emotional energies. When they are near freezing, they are very light and high vibrational energies. My family are big Friday drinkers. I do find my energy levels are low come Fridays? I have often put it down to end of the week sydnrome with kids. However, the observation you have indicated makes sense - with the hangover dusty feeling Saturday. Avril to Student 2054511 Hi Student 2054511, The format is there is no format :) So you're feedback is perfect :) The Base Chakra's energy is the most dense in the body. As we are working with it energetically in the beginning, it can be the hardest to naturally feel. At the same time, it can also mean it has the least amount of energy or we are the least aware of it. For women it is usually the Sacral Chakra which is most out of balance. Generally speaking, for Men, it is the Base Chakra. So you're working with Collective Consciousness 'stuff' in that Chakra as well! It's wonderful you've managed to balance out the front and back of the Chakras Student 2054511. Excellent :) The most natural gifts for you will be through seeing visions of things (Third Eye), channelling healing (heart) and gifts of the Sacral Chakra, which can be about using channelled energy through touching (art, giving a massage, healing, making love etc). I feel like your Throat Chakra is also ready to be used, but you may find there are some natural barriers you'll work through over the class to really open this one. The Lizard is a representation of male/yang energy. To embody the essence of the masculine/ inner God energy, you need not create disharmony. Wars do not make for power. The feelings you've had in your ears, are your etheric ears being tuned up. The pressure on the Third Eye is them clearing the mind, readying it for stillness. And of course the Crown sensations, are the opening of your spiritual connection. Beautiful huh! :) I've got some great news for you about the ipod too. It is absolutely possible! The latest versions of itunes, will import wma files and convert them to extensions your ipod can read and play. Just make sure you have the latest version of itunes and then click the 'file' menu. The first module certainly helps you increase your yin energy. As this happens, you are like a glass of water filled with Universal Light. Before, your glass may have only been half full. Although this energy is now more strong within you and you think most people wouldn't notice the difference, they do, at a subconscious level. They feel naturally drawn to people who hold more light. Between men and women, this can sometimes be interpreted as sexual energy, as sexual experiences are simply a way to connect with Oneness and that is what the energy of Light is, so it feels a bit the same. Avril to Student 2055513 Hi [nameautoremoved], You are trying to see your Guides using Active Clairvoyance. Your natural gifts are both Tele-Empathic and Passive Clairvoyance. If you click on these words, you'll find classes to teach you more about these concepts. Basically put, you see Telepathically. Images appear in the back of your Third Eye, not the front of the Chakra. The back of the Third Eye Chakra is also filled with other people's thoughts and judgements, so it can be a bit clogged up in there and may be why you're feeling 'blocked'. For now, don't worry too much about it. Wait until you really feel safe with your Guides. Then seeing them will come very naturally. Sometimes we feel worried about what we might see, because we have only ever been exposed to concepts of 'spirits' by hollywood movies and the like. Be patient with yourself. You will feel safe, when you have some new paradigms, based on your experiences with your Guides. Whether you do the protection rituals or not, they will always keep you safe. When you feel ready, get yourself a copy of Pure Spirit Volume 1 - An Owners Manual for the Soul, the first book I have written in the series and learn more about how there really is nothing to fear, from the Spirit World. Your Guides only ever want to help you and so they will take things slowly until you're ready to see them. It's so wonderful [nameautoremoved] that you have an awareness of your worries about seeing and rest assured it is a very natural process, that most spiritual students go through. This was only possible due to your guided meditation in module 2. I feel as though i want to spend more and more time with him, enough just isnt enough especially becuase im a the begining of something new and exciting. My main aim is to become a trance channeler where the entity takes over. My aunty does exactly that but lives too far away from me to teach me herself, plus i wanted to find my own inner truths rather than just be told. I cant say that my fear is completely gone, which is based on attracting bad entities, but i am dealing with it, and im not falling asleep anymore! I know that your not supposed to meditate or try to contact your guide if you have consumed alcohole or drugs because it leaves you suseptable to energies with a lower vibration. The thing is that i have to take medication everyday, its the methadone program and its for recovering heroin addicts. My question is, is it ok for me to do this stuff on my medication. I dont do any kind of psychic development or channeling work whilst on alcohole or when i occaisionally slip up and use again, but i dont know if using methadone also effects that, and if it does is there anyway that i can guard myself from lower vibrations, because i really want to progress but i feel i need a development circle, because as you would already know teaching in person is very different to the net. I will try and keep the questions short and concise, these are BIG topics :)) First question is how do you suggest grounding the base chakra? I've been made aware not to anchor chords or energy into the earth anymore. Instead I anchor in the Ascended Heart chakra which is the base or root of the Ascended chakra energy system. See references Living in the 5th Dimension Series. A friend suggested I hop into a BIG old tree. Like a 100 year old [nameautoremoved] Bay Fg Tree. Just sit in it and place my feet on it's trunks. Imagine myself sending roots down into the Earth as well as branches coming out of my crown with my body being the trunk. Second question other than the chakra clearing meditation can you suggest any other forms of chakra clearing? I've been made aware recently to try deep chanting. The kind that the Buddhist [nameautoremoved]s do. Also a friend suggested I attend a Kirtan Singing/Devotional Group. I have some tummy fat to lose and I feel that has something to do with clearing these lower three chakras some more. Connecting into your own Earth Star Chakra keeps your energy to yourself, which for the moment is the best thing for all Lightworkers. Wow the answer to the second question would take a whole module to answer! I've produced an 8 page online class called 'Clear your Energy and Shine!' Perhaps try the module when you feel ready. Ultimately, do whatever works for you. Tele-empaths usually like moving or active meditation more than still kinds, so do what feels best for you. Avril to Student 2057983 Hi Student 2057983 :) Welcome to the journey :) As I read your feedback, I can't help but wonder if you're sensitive to geopathic stress. There is a great deal of tension down under at the moment, which is being released in earthquakes, but it is quite strong. Tele-Empathic Lightworkers are feeling lots of body symptoms, like anxiety and stuckness in their field and body. If it feels right for you, consider the Psychic Protection for Tele-Empaths class. It will help you dialogue with your body and stop outside influences creating tension within you. Sometimes when you fall asleep, it can actually be the Universe's way of shutting you down for a reboot. They do this particularly when you require some healing. Don't worry too much if this happens, it is usually just some needed tlc. :) When you see a square or any of the other Chakra shapes in one of the other Chakras, it can be a symbol of those two Chakras connecting. It means that your Base (square) and Solar Plexus (triangle) Chakras are being united for your learning right now. As you say, this could definitely be related to work or other Base Chakra concepts, requiring a rejig of your personal power and approach towards them. Grounded spirituality that is practically applicable to create wonders in our physical life, is where our focus should be all the time.
